LOCATION

A truly unique and stunningly beautiful project here on Isla Colon, only 20 miles from the Costa Rican border and with daily scheduled flight access (only 50 minutes from Panama City). On a 200-acre fully titled peninsular with the Caribbean ocean all around us, we're located alongside the best coral reef on the entire island and right next door to Punta Caracol. On the main island with all the bars, shops, restaurants, hotels and nightlife easily accessible, but far enough away from all that when you just want to feel like living on your own private island. Easily accessible by road at only a 10 minute drive from Bocas town. But we're really a boater's paradise, with water access to everything this epic marine park has to offer. Oh and there's access by air using our helipad too…

PROJECT

We've built over 2 miles of wide canals - with crystal clear water and full of sea life - which enable each waterfront home to have its very own private boat berth. To remain exclusive and low density, we've limited the build to only 108 extra large home sites and only 66 luxury apartments. The topography is varied and ranges from just above sea level to over 100 foot in elevation with fantastic views all the way across the Bay to Volcan Baru in the mountains. And with over 30% of the project remaining as lush tropical green area where monkeys, parrots and sloth's still live, the wildlife will continue to share a home with us amongst the exotic flora and fauna. We will offer all the amenities of a 5 * resort complex.
