We were very fortunate to meet Ari Fallenbaum on our first trip to Panama. We liked him immediately. He speaks perfect English and is very easy going. He showed us all over Panama and pointed out what he thought was a good buy and why. His knowledge of real estate, and his contacts are unbelievable. After my first visit to Panama a couple of years ago, I quickly came to the conclusion that Panama was going to grow quickly and was destined to become a tourist area, which in turn would drive up the value of land.
I wanted to buy something then, but couldn't find anything close enough to the ocean. Almost 2 years later, my wife and I went back to Panama and visited a couple of Realtors but had no luck in finding what I was looking for, as I knew exactly what I wanted.
We then came across RE/MAX Central and met with Ron Bruce. He was very helpful. He clearly understood what we wanted and was quick to show us exactly what we had been looking for. He found us a beautiful pre-construction condo in a new resort right on the Caribbean Ocean. The price was exactly in the range that we were looking to spend and we ended up purchasing the condo before leaving Panama.
A few weeks after purchasing the condo, Ron was nice enough to send me an e-mail to inform us that we had already made a profit on our investment as the prices for the condo in which we had just purchased already went up. It was an excellent experience and we are very pleased with the results.

I want to personally thank you for all the kindness you showed to Mike, Mark and me during our visit to Panama City and the surrounding areas. You were extremely gracious to all of us and you have no idea how much that was appreciated.
